Except as herein provided by specific changes, the administrative, organizational
and enforcement for the technical codes which regulate the site preparation and construction,
alteration, moving, demolition, repair, use and occupancy of buildings, structures
and building service equipment within the city shall be in accordance with the provisions
and in the manner prescribed in administrative provisions of the 2016 Edition of the
California Building Code, as published by the California State Building Standards
Commission.
