§ 13.20.020. Service—Areas designated.

A.

For the purpose of establishing water rates, the area served by the water division is divided into two classes, designated as Area A and Area B.

B.

Area A shall include all of the area inside the city.

C.

Area B shall include all areas served by the water division outside the city.
