§ 13.12.090. Violation—Penalty.

  • Any person or corporation, whether as principal, agent, officer, clerk or employee, either for himself or itself, or for any other person or corporation, or for any firm or association, who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the city jail not exceeding 6 months, or by a fine not exceeding $500.00, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during which a violation of any provision of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
