§ 13.12.080. Failure to file unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person or corporation, for himself or itself, or for any other person, or for any firm, association or corporation, either as principal, agent, officer, servant or employee, to fail, neglect or refuse to file the maps, statements or information, or any thereof, required by this chapter, or to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any provision of this chapter.
