§ 13.12.070. Space use determination.

It is the purpose of this chapter to provide an accurate means of determining the amount of space used and required, and to be used and required by all public utilities maintaining works in the streets of the city, and to assist in determination of rights-of-way and the equitable apportionment of space in and above streets to public service corporations. The terms hereof shall be liberally construed to effect these ends.
