§ 13.12.010. Definitions.

A.

"Utility company," as herein used, means any person, copartnership or corporation engaged in the business of furnishing the inhabitants of the city with water, light, power, heat or telephone or telegraph service.

B.

"Street," as herein used, includes avenues, boulevards, highways, lanes, alleys, crossings, intersections, courts and public ways of the city of Pasadena.

C.

"Works," as herein used, includes any main, service pipe, conduit, duct, tunnel, wire, cable, pole or other structure maintained by any utility company in, along, under or across any street of the city of Pasadena.
