§ 13.08.130. Criminal penalty for violation.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each separate day during which any violation of this chapter occurs or continues is deemed to constitute a separate offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as herein provided.
