§ 13.08.010. Outdoor advertising and decorative lighting.

  • Except as herein otherwise provided, no person, firm or corporation in the city shall at any time make, cause or permit any use of electrical energy for lighting of billboards, signs, advertising goods or services, or to identify the providers of goods or services, displays of goods, objects or designs symbolic of commercial enterprises, trademarks or logo, or motors or devices to rotate or move advertising signs or operate pumps or other devices in fountains which are primarily decorative, building floodlighting, architectural or decorative lighting, or lights used for landscaping, or any similar form of lighting based upon the use of electrical energy.
