§ 12.28.060. Wage agreements for workmen.

  • The per diem wages to be paid to laborers, workmen and/or mechanics employed in the execution of any contract awarded under proceedings taken under this chapter shall be determined by private agreement between the contractor or subcontractor and such laborers, workmen and/or mechanics and not otherwise.
