§ 12.24.160. When additional sums required as deposit.

If the estimated amount of any deposit or bond in lieu thereof proves to be insufficient, the engineer shall cause the work done pursuant to the permit to be stopped until such additional sum is deposited as will equal the estimated cost and expense of the items mentioned in subsection A, paragraphs 1 through 5, of Section 12.24.150, or until the amount of such bond is increased to equal such amount.
