§ 12.20.050. Official designation.

Before a permit is issued for construction of any new building or structure regulated by the Pasadena Building Code or before a permit is issued to make additions or alterations to an existing building or structure, the owner of such property shall obtain the official street address for the property from the building and development services division, including numbers for all apartments or units therein.
