  • There shall be and hereby is provided a system of numbering of buildings within the city based upon the following:

    A.

The starting point for all numbers on streets presently existing and all streets hereafter laid out within the city shall be Fair Oaks Avenue and Colorado Boulevard, and the nearest point to these streets, for all streets crossing or running from them.

Twelve and one-half feet of frontage shall be allowed for each number. He shall furnish such numbers on application therefor.

    C.

The numbering on streets running from or crossing Fair Oaks Avenue shall be "east" and "west" and for those running from or crossing Colorado Boulevard shall be "north" and "south." Odd numbers shall be on the northerly and westerly sides of the streets and even numbers on the southerly and easterly sides of the streets.
