§ 12.15.050. Signs confused with traffic signals.

  • It is unlawful for any person to erect, construct or maintain a sign of any kind or character for the purpose of advertising the wares, goods, merchandise or business of any such person when such advertising structure or sign displays or makes use of the words, "stop," "look," "danger," or any other word, phrase, symbol or character in such a manner as to interfere with, mislead or confuse traffic.
