§ 12.13.130. Violation—Penalty.

Any individual establishing, operating or maintaining a sidewalk dining area without a valid permit issued pursuant to this chapter or who knowingly submits false information for the purposes of obtaining such a permit is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
