§ 12.13.085. Liability insurance.

The board shall establish by resolution the minimum levels and standards of liability insurance and claims reserve which must be maintained in order to apply for, to receive and to operate with a permit under this chapter. The board shall also establish by resolution the manner in which compliance with the minimum standards is to be demonstrated. The failure to maintain the minimum levels and standards of liability insurance for any period of time shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of permit.
