§ 12.13.070. Sidewalk dining occupancy permit—Subsequent application where there is failure to obtain.

A.

Any person who establishes, operates or maintains a sidewalk dining area prior to obtaining a permit shall pay, as a penalty, an application fee equal to a fee three times the application fee specified by resolution of the board.

B.

The payment of the additional fee shall not relieve such person from the obligations imposed by this chapter, or form any other of the penalties prescribed herein.
