§ 10.53.010. Definitions.

The following words are defined as follows:
A.

"Terminal" means a facility at which freight is consolidated to be shipped and where full load consignments may be offloaded, or at which interstate trucks are regularly maintained, stored or manufactured.

B.

"Interstate truck" includes any commercial tractor/trailer combination denied local access by state or federal law in the absence of enabling local legislation.
