§ 10.45.225. South Lake parking meter zone.

    The South Lake parking meter zone is described as follows:

    That certain are of the city of Pasadena, county of Los Angeles, state of California, bounded by the following described courses:

     Beginning at intersection of the North line of Green Street and the West line of Hudson Avenue; thence Easterly along said North line, crossing Lake Avenue, to the East line of Mentor Avenue; thence Southerly along said East line, crossing Cordova Street and Del Mar Boulevard, to the South line of San Pasqual Street; thence Westerly along said South line to the East line of said Lake Avenue; thence Southerly along said East line to the North line of Granite Drive; thence Easterly along said North line to the East line of said Granite Drive; thence Southerly along said East line to the South line of said Granite Drive; thence Westerly along said South line to the East line of said Lake Avenue; thence Southerly along said East line to the North line of California Boulevard; thence Easterly along said North line to the Northerly prolongation of the East line of said Mentor Avenue; thence Southerly along said Prolongation to the South line of said California Boulevard; thence Westerly along said South line, crossing Lake Avenue to the West line of said Hudson Avenue; thence Northerly along said West line, crossing said Del Mar Boulevard and Cordova Street, to the Point of Beginning;

    Except as provided otherwise by this chapter, the parking meter rate in this zone shall be $1.00, for each hour.

    C.

    The parking meter rate shall be $0.00 for vehicles lawfully displaying a no-fee placard, in a manner consistent with any limitations imposed upon the use of such placard, issued pursuant to Section 10.45.027 of this chapter.
