§ 10.36.070. Freeway use limited to motor vehicles.

No person shall drive or ride any animal or drive or operate any bicycle or motor driven cycle upon any street established as a freeway, nor shall any pedestrian walk across or along any such street so designated, provided official signs are in place giving notice of such restrictions.
