§ 10.16.120. Bicycle lanes.

The director of public works is authorized to install official lanes, pavement markings, and signs upon the surface of roadways and sidewalks for the purpose of establishing bicycle lanes for use by persons operating bicycles in conformance with the provisions of the State of California Vehicle Code relating to bicycle operation within officially designated bicycle lanes.
