§ 10.16.030. Installations—Essential to effectiveness of traffic laws.

Whenever any law requires for its effectiveness that traffic-control devices be installed to give notice to the public of the operation or application of such law, the director of public works may install the necessary devices, subject to any limitations or restrictions set forth in the law involved.
