§ 10.12.080. Violation—Penalties.

  • A.

    Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the provisions of this title, unless provision is otherwise herein made, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment.

    B.

    Any person convicted of an infraction under the provisions of this title, unless provision is otherwise herein made, shall be punishable upon a 1st conviction by a fine of not more than $50.00, and for a 2nd conviction within a period of 1 year by a fine of not more than $100.00, and for a 3rd or any subsequent conviction within a period of 1 year by a fine of not more than $250.00.

    C.

    Any person found liable for a civil penalty under the provisions of this title shall be required to pay the penalty provided on the schedule of parking penalties for parking violations, late payment penalties, administrative fees, and other related charges as shall be established by resolution of the city council.
