§ 10.08.028. Law enforcement officer.

"Law enforcement officer" means any peace officer as defined by the California Vehicle Code, any regularly employed and salaried officer of the Pasadena police department and any regularly employed and salaried city employee who is engaged in directing traffic or enforcing parking laws and regulations.
